If you saw those pictures on his website splicepictures.com they are from the magazine called Quite Lovely Issue #2 by those girls from Europe published last year. To the best of my knowledge he has not released any photos from his book at this time. I would guess though, it may include such two page photos. It is unlikely that he would do any fold outs such as the old Playboy centerfolds. I have some old Hollywood classic photo books by George Hurrell and Clarence Bull with photos of Hedy Lamarr and Rita Hayworth, etc.from as far back as the 30s. They have such pictures and they look quite nice.

Don't know where your from, but Charade is being shown on the big screen at the Wildey Theater in Edwardsville, IL Jun 14, next Tuesday.
