Of course if I'd have been behind the lens all my attention would be on her and a rampaging hippo could be charging around the pool and I'd barely be awate of it so I suppose a pair of feet being missed is understandable :)
Take a closer look at the feet. Notice the toes. And the feet could easily have been photoshopped out.
