I dont think her boobs are fake, they are the same since she start modeling when she was just 18 years old.
Beside that, there's not any scar on her boobs, they are completely natural in my opinion.
No way they are fake they have been the same more or less for a long time also her areola are proportional to her breats women who have implants always have too small of areola for the size. Jenya's are firmer than average becuase she is in very good shape tight body the only change is that they have gotten a little bigger over the years not a suprise as in most women the breasts will grow until they are about 21 or 22 and she about 26 or so now if anyhting she has over all just become better looking and a better poser over time.
Areolae are not linked to breast size any more than say a person's lobes are linked to their pinna (external ear) size.
I do not think that her boobs are fake. As you said, she always has had these breasts' size since I know her.
In my opinion I believe she has a natural and an amazing breast. ;)

I am a radiologist dude I took 4 years of schooling on the human body you dont know what your talking about. Well "dude", some women have large breast but small areolae, whereas some have small breasts but large areolae. This degree of natural variation implies that we cannot judge a woman to have had plastic surgery from her areolae.
This does not require four years training at the John Hopkins University to grasp, only commonsense.
You dont get what I am saying man. No matter the size large or small if a woman has had plastic surgery done almost all the time it ends up "streaching" out her areola not matter the natural size of them of course depending on how large the woman had her breats "enhanced" since the body cant not grow into new size right away. Of course thanks to Minimal Invasive Surgery and tools a doctor can now make very small incisions into a womans breast the location can vary by doctor prefrence and shape of the womans body it can be nearly impossiable to tell by a picture or viedo unless they are the outragously large implants that some porn stars get weathier or not a woman has implants or not and the newer ones are very life like I can tell you this from talking to a female co-worker who does mamograms. And by the way I did not go to Johns Hopkins but for someone lacking common sense that might be the only Med school they have heard of Dude get my drift bra? I never said that you can just based on that one factor base if a woman has or has not had implants but you can use a notable change in the areola apperance being streached looking as a possiable sign that it has been done. Just as you can look for signs of vascularisation(bet you dont even know what that means)around a womans breasts is a sure sign of implants as implants dont need the bodys nutrients that a naturaly large breast will so a fake breast will be oddly lacking signs of vascularisation.Or you can look at ear lobes(pina) that is the best way to tell as you well know.What I meant by my orginal post is that her areola have never shown any signs in pictures that they where streached out in any way ther fore not showing a possiable sign of operation. Of course such things can easily be hidden with photo touch up. Bottom line is that besides a woman telling you so or you giving her breats a very hands on inspection you have no way of knowing for sure unless of course they have A or B cup size breasts as the most common "enhancement" size is from A or B to C cup. So even a woman with C cup breasts could possiably have had an operation. Take a few weeks to come up with your cheesy reply I will be waitng.
