I don't, but her breasts look too small, so this may be something that someone cut from a set and then manipulated it to fit their vision. She wearing navel jewelry, which would indicate her Katie Fey days, but I'm just guessing.. Where did you find it?
Inspect my examples. I'm just guessing, but I say someone was having fun with photoshop. And I say that simply because her breasts are too small. I suspect someone took her face from a met-art set (It looks like the style of the woman whose name I don't recall off hand) and the body from a Katie Fey set. But, in combining the two, the porportions weren't correctly sized. On my examples, while I could and have exposed her vagina in this first picture before, I decided to take the same organ from another pic and place in on her, because the original, while I can make it visible, is a little gainy. Normally, I don't do that, preferring to use only the source I have. The second is from a video where I took 3 screen captures with which to fashion one pic. Anyway, that's just my guess.
Whoops! Just found an error I have to correct in the last pic.
Jenmyluv, I ran across thiis photo, While looking at a random photo page, I believe on Tumblr. The page was a mish-mash of subject matter, mostly wild animal photography and landscapes with a few pictures of women sparsely mixed in. Being an artist and a huge long time fan of Jenya this pic caught my eye immediately. I agree, her breasts do look a little small, but she also looks pretty young here. As I mentioned to Jeff, it is her nose, chine, hair, pre-pierced nipples and the navel piercing with jewelry. I looked through many of my photos and could not find any pose similar that this may have been taken from. As Jeff said, we are just interested were it is from. It would be nice for all of us if we found some long last set. LOL!
The face looks similar to the work of Alesha. I looked through a few of those sets but did not find anything that matched your pic, but the style of photography seems pretty clear. It would be nice if there was an unknown set wandering around somewhere out there.

John Cox, the artist, who goes by VISUALONE on this site sent it to me and was wondering if I knew. I don't remember seeing it either.

John and I were just wondering from where that photo came? So you're saying the photo is a fake?

I believe this is the mystery photo. It is cropped from the Met Art set Sinioda.
Aha! Good going!
