I'm 99% sure these come from Playboy, because I saw one of these used as a pic in one of here Ukrainian Playboy interviews. However, these are the only three I've ever seen. If there are more, I'd sure like to get 'em.

I wish I knew. I love those shots too. They're the only 3 that I have also.
