Well for the very reasons you state above plus like I was saying in the first post,the way they hang when she leans forwards or bends down just look like the real thing to me.
Their beauty and perfection,the delicious shape and breathtaking proportions may make us question the chances they've had a little sculpting applied to achieve that level of beauty but I think she's naturally that beautifully proportioned and endowed.
In fact,any cosmetic surgery that she could undertake would take away from. her not enhance her......... she IS a goddess,why mess with perfection :)
