When you login on the home page, scroll down the menu on the left side of the page until you come to participation. If you are logged in, there should be an arrow next to the p. Click that and it will take you to a menu that will allow you to select the category you want to post under. Probably for you, fan art. You will see a browse area which will allow you to access images from you hard drive. Experiment and follow the instructions and you should be up in no time.
