On April 15 a short video called PlayFey Teaser was posted on YouTube. Search on YouTube as I have it here and the vid will come up. Apparently one girl is playing Katie Fey and the other is Eugenia. If you click the link in the top right of the video it will take you a Facebook page relating to the subject. Anybody know anything about this?

Yes, I did see that. And I guess that's Eugenia. However, If you look at the very first frame that comes up in the video, I think that is the other girl. So, I don't know if this is a compilation video between the two of them or what. Anyway, the vid is definitely kinky.

Judging by the photos, these were shot in possibly September of last year.
I have serious doubts about the authenticity here. There is another photo of this shot with full head to toe visuals of the supposed "Jenyas" on the katie blogia site.. These may be images of her face but I have doubts about the bodies.

If I am interpreting what the Feyplay website is saying correctly, it is that they will be offering Eugenia along with her alter ego, Katie Fey. Eugenia will be Eugenia but that Katie will be played by a different model. And that different model is the woman in the four scantily clad pics you see. The question I have is does Eugenia Diodriychuk have the legal right to the name Katie Fey? If she had a smart lawyer, she probably does. However, if you visit their facebook page, they mention Eugenia by name and the picture of her in a black dress is definitely her.

You know alter ego doesn't mean doppelganger, right? It means a person's other self or personality. Like how Ariel Castro had one side that was a friendly musician, and another that was a hostile abductor and tormentor.
What I am saying is that this could be a marketing gimmick. You get a well known name to endorse the product (Eugenia) but you hire a similar model to play the part of Katie. That would mean that Eugenia would do some modeling but the majority of things would be done by Katie. Why? Econom ics. The price Jenya could command would be enormous compared to what an unknown model could.
Now, I don't know if any of that is the case or not. I have some questions about this whole concept, anyway. 1. Unless the people operating katiefey.com are very sloppy, I seriously doubt that Jenya has any rights to that name. I would be extremely surprised if she did, because you have to believe that the owners of the website copyrighted the name and logo long ago. 2. This is mentioned nowhere on her facebook page. You would think that she would be promoting it there.
Anyway, I have tweeted her and asked her it this is legit. We'll see if I get an answer.
I would bet she has NO involvement in this opportunistic FARCE at all. She is too classy for this crap. Look at the recent black and white photo of her in a desert setting on her Facebook page. If she were going to do anything involving her image it would be something 'artsy' and classy like that photo (which offers the promise of more like that one this Sunday morning).
Are you going mad? There is a video right there of her. There are photos Jenya posted on her Facebook page modelling the same clothes. The author is the same author of Wishlab that Jenya likes, and, if anybody spent a minute researching, they'd see that this person is in her friends list.
I'm not saying the video is not Jenya. I am saying I don't think the girls you see in those photos, except for the one in the orange dress, are Jenya. Get a face on picture of Jenya and compare it with those faces. Look at the eyes, and look at the mouths. Do you really think those are Jenya?
Don't look like her to me, but maybe I'm wrong. As far as the clothes go, another participant here opined that he thinks that is all photoshop. So, I am not the only one who has noticed differences between Jenya and the Katie Fey's.

As far as Wishlab--never heard of it, but I will now investigate. However, if this is a collaboration between Jenya and the author of Wishlab don't you think this ad just might also be on Jenya's Facebook page?

You address one of my questions--Would Jenya hold the copyrights to the Katie Fey name. I would think not, since the site is still operating. Of course, as she grew more popular, and if she got a smart lawyer, she may have been able to get concessions from the Katie Fey people. Only time will tell

I guess we'll see. Admittedly, this is just my opinion. I don't believe that she will put her 'stamp' on anything associated with the Katie Fey brand at this stage in her career. Especially after establishing so much fame under her own name. Certainly not fake crap like Playfey.
An astute observer would remember that she went through a period where she put on a little extra weight. You even commented on this on the Shaman team stuff.
Thanks for the heads up on the trailer. I downloaded it. I did not go back in look, but though this was posted this year, I'm pretty sure I saw on their facebook site that it was shot in 2011. I'd have to go back to make sure, but I do remember seeing two different dates.

You may be interested to know that at katiefey.blogia.com they have revamped their site a little and now many of the vids come with vidcaps. An interesting one is from the Jenya vid where she is walking around doing not much of anything in the winter and she kisses some guy and makes his mouth bleed. Well, I always thought she bit his lip. But if this vidcap means anything, it looks like it was something other than his lip she bit. See what you think.

I agree with Vrizer ... even the most beautiful woman becomes less and less interesting if she is not even able to release some normal pictures given the big fan community she has (if she cared about it at all)
Guys. I would be surprised if she has any control over the rate at which Met-Art releases her photos. I would guess that the minute those photos are taken they become the property of Met-Art to be released at their pleasure. Since she seems to have done nothing new in a great while, they are probably releasing any limited inventory of her photos SLOWLY. Their "Golden Goose" appears to have stopped laying eggs and they're coveting what they have remaining. I don't think it is her fault.
Concerning her affinity for her fan base, she has expressed in past interviews that she has little to no concern for her fan base. She modeled for her own pleasure. We were just fortunate bystanders. Any personal photos she releases are for herself and her friends.
I think our only hope is that she, someday, misses her modeling career and returns for her own pleasure.
You are absolutely correct. Jenya would most likely have no control over when sets are released. That would be Met-Art who, as you suggest, would bleed every drop of blood they could get out of their investment. Once the inventory is dried up, you can expect Met-Art's subscription rate to drop a bit. Jenya is the only reason I'm a member, which is going to change very soon if nothing new is released.
Ok, well, these have turned up on twitter now. It appears she was shot on green screen and then backgrounds were superimposed.
"Fairly awful" might be an understatement. This 'cartoon' is certainly not representative of the work of one of the most talented and beautiful models in the world. Compare this to her work that we have loved for years. If she had any involvement in this, I believe it would
not
be advantageous or flattering to her or her burgeoning career.
By fairly awful I meant the actual quality of the photos rather than the content. She is blurred and I can see jpeg artifaction. If that's how the final content looks, considering they would have taken high-resolution photographs of her originally, then it's a big disappointment.
edit: afterthought, it's possible these may be screencaps from a movie, which would explain why she looks so blurry.
