The flower is a variety of Tecoma stans, meaning "the Yellow Bells." It has narrower and lacy leaflets which are more deeply toothed. The name angustata means narrowed.

While I was admiring weeds in the playground concrete, there was another kid in the library hidden behind architecture books. That kid was later caught with a stack of porn in his school bag. Wonder what ever happened to that kid? I heard he was good with computers and had a certain skill with location identification in select photos.
If people were asked to name famous buildings or bridges, then they could name at least a few, but I'd be surprised if they could name a single weed. Therefore architect > weed-admirer. :p
